7:30 pm.
Always the 3rd Monday of every month ~ next month's dates are: November 18th, December 16th.

MONTHLY EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING
7:30 pm.
Always the 1st Monday of every month ~ next month's dates are: December 2nd.
Nominating Committee Formation
The club will form a nominating committee at the October meeting. The committee will nominate officers for 2003.
We Need Help Shingling
The Hall is scheduled to be re-shingled on Saturday, November 2nd at 8am. (Construction and/or building experience required).
Hall Reservations
If any member has a future need for the Club Hall please contact Ed Thew as soon as possible. The Club Hall is, and has been, booked solid the past number of months.
Village Day...
The chicken barbecue on Village Day was a huge success!
Thanks to Ron Beals for chairing the event and also to all those who helped out.
Also thanks to Al Baker who sold over 100 tickets on his own.
News Input and Suggestions
What we have been receiving from the membership to this newsletter have been overwhelming. We have been processing hundreds of news items, and suggestions weekly.
Please be patient if your news item and/or suggestions haven't been published yet. We are considering going outside to increase our staff.
Breakfast Help!
If you have prior restaurant experience and not sensitive to abuse please contact one of our “breakfast experts” at the next breakfast.
They need help badly.
