Call To Order And Welcoming Remarks
The President called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM.
Minutes Of Last Meeting
Minutes of the last meeting:
The minutes of the last meeting were accepted with one change. The location of the walking trail in 4,N has nothing to do with Rte 195, rather, Donna, not Debbie, noted it is in the River Ridge Neighborhood Assoc.
Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer's report was accepted. 
The remaining funds in the Village Day and Road Race subcategories will fold back into the general funds.Craig Larson and Bill McIntyre discussed that they will work actively to sign on sponsors (including themselves) for the Newsletter.

None.
Public Comment
A copy of the TAM's report will be kept in the Burgess House. It was noted that we have a copy of many of the Town's public reports in our file here. These are available to the public.
Council Report
No town councilors were present.
Old Business
Subcommittee Reports:
Burgess House: Brian Lobdell has some materials for a short term repairs and he is looking for volunteers. Al Baker and Robert Trout volunteered to help and spread the word helpers were needed.
River Day: No news.
Village Day: No news.
Membership And Newsletter: It was noted that we have found a copy of the membership form, and the available lists of current and past members were passed out.
Scholarship: No news.
Local Comprehensive Plan: No news.
Herring Run: No news.
New Business
Bill McIntyre requested that the Board write a letter in support of the Water Department purchasing 3 acres of the Archibald Property adjacent to the present well fields. He noted that the Town is also looking at possible well options on Joe Pena's property.
Craig Larson requested that the Board also write a letter in support of a proposed building on land he owns in Sandwich. He would like the Board to state that his present building in central Marstons Mills, which houses Nibbles and Sips, is in keeping with the village character. His proposed building is a duplicate of this one. It was unanimously agreed that the building was appropriate and the letter would be written.
Al Baker volunteer to be responsible for writing these letters

The meeting was adjourned. The next meeting will be December 7, 2004.
