Monitoring The Marstons Mills River Herring Run
____________________________________________________________
Note...
This page is for those that have already enrolled in this project and have received an email instructing them to come to this page to complete the Schedule Form.
If you'd like to participate in the Herring Counting Project and haven't enrolled yet, do so here and then wait for an email in response to that, which will contain instructions.
Scheduling For Herring Counters
Most of the counters that have enrolled have access to the Internet/email and we'll be communicating with them via email and this website. We will communicate through the regular mail with those that have no access to the Internet.
This page is intended for those that are working in the online mode [obviously you, because you're reading this] and these same instructions and forms will be mailed to those working in offline mode. We stating this to avoid confusion should you talk with other counters, as some might be getting things through the mail while you may not.
All online mode counters must print out the documents at the link below [this requires Adobe Acrobat Reader - if you don't have it installed, download it here].
These documents consist of the following:
An Information Sheet on the project, including instructions for completing the Scheduling Form.
 The Scheduling Form itself.
A sample Scheduling Form that's been filled in.
You must complete the Scheduling Form and mail just it back to us. If you have a scanner and can create PDF documents, you can email them back.
From those Schedule Forms, we will prepare the Master Schedule on this end and then send you forms for each week that you will be counting along with additional instructions.
Questions?
If you have a comment or minor question, you can put it on the back of the Schedule Form. If you don't understand something, please call Kevin Galvin at 508-420-0075 or email him here.
Problems?
If you can't access or print these forms, email us here and we'll put them in the regular mail to you. Be sure to include your mailing address in the email.
