Hank encourages the Board to submit a master plan of ongoing projects for consideration.  Bob Frazee noted he anticipates ongoing coordination with the Town. </div> <bR> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a7300a800c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Jan Barton reported the ordinance to relieve overcrowding within houses has passed.</div> <bR> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a7300a800c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">And, that the affordable housing overlay district proposal is coming up soon for review. Craig asked how this proposal differed from the previous proposal.  Jan noted it is similar except for more of a window for review of plans submitted.  Craig noted that there were concerns whether this proposal even now has sufficient limits on the areas under consideration for this plan. Bob Frazee wonders about hooking in to other local organizations’ lists. This has been tried in the past but not for some time.
