The President called the meeting to order at 6:10 PM. The meeting was shortened due to the Holiday.

Town Council Report
Janice Barton: Notes there will be a public hearing on the formation of an agricultural committee. A zoning overlay was passed to allow for easier development of affordable housing for seniors. There is an area in Independence Park that may be appropriate for this overlay. On July 16th the Danforth Subcommittee will be meeting to assess possible uses of the land. The CPC is meeting on July 17th for the Burgess House request
